Advanced Restraint Research is an inexplicably pirate-themed high-tech device developer that provides equipment to the Empowered universe. They seems to be a pretty self-conscious modern take on A.I.M. A.R.R.’s geeks are just as big and costumes just as ugly but it’s difficult to say if their millennial energy and synergistic pirate theme will be enough to allow them to compete in the global evil marketplace.
