The Flame is a bit of a conundrum. Despite his name he doesn’t use fire at all although he is immune to heat. He does have superhuman strength but can be subdued with a hose.

He spouts slogans like a wartime hero but he doesn’t sport a patriotic costume.

Speaking of costumes: Chest symbol or not? Mask stripe optional? Super heroes have been a thing for decades, you should know what your special underwear looks like.

This poor guy needs a theme and a backstory. His publication doesn’t survive long enough to provide him with either.
