The Abominable Snowman is essentially a guy in a parka who drives a large chassis-mounted freeze cannon he uses to steal. The use of advanced cryotechnology usually suggests mad science at work; his dialogue doesn’t seem sciencey, though, not even by 70s cartoon standards. He probably picked his freeze jeep up at a Barsinister storage unit sale.
