Great Britain’s mysterious Agent 1 is the executive director of the superhuman Majestic program, and has been since the agency was established in 1947. Of course whether Agent 1 has been the same guy all this time or if there has been a Dread Pirate Robert succession program in place is anybody’s guess. He’s only here by association anyway.
