The first couple of incarnations of Omega Flight are villainous counterparts to Canada’s official hero team, Alpha Flight, although neither group has anything to do with another.
After these teams were defeated and disbanded a group of heroes assembled under the name of Omega Flight, but they couldn’t hold it together long either.
Most recently the Canadian government has taken ownership of the name and lauched its own version in service to the greater good. How long they hang together is anybody’s guess.
