Captain Breakfast has been an unofficial spokesperson for the most important meal of the day since, like, forever. He seems to operate on a volunteer basis and doesn’t appear to have actual powers. He does have a costume and a secret ID, although I would wager that a DNA search would have a “Smiley” family hit.
