AKA: Mister Flame,

The Flame, trained by the mystic Llamas of the east to control fire, had no secret ID initially but eventually settled on Gary Preston, private eye. Armed with the righteousness of a golden age hero, the Flame captured villains when he could but he would casually blow up a carful of henchman and he was quick to burn a confession out of a bad guy. It’s best to stay on his good side.
