The original Captain Citrus is definitely more “crunch” than “america” but he sports a cape so I’m giving him hero street credit. He was created by the Florida Department of Citrus and is possibly an alien, maybe a mutate, and certainly a sellout but, as you can see, he comes prepared to refresh.
