Marco was a crooked event promoter working the 1939 World’s Fair. He had a nasty habit of ripping off other merchants’ features and advertising them as his own. Not the most ethical business model but hardly a death sentence case. Until the Fantom of the Fair makes it one. Oh, well, that’s life in the big city.
