I don’t know why Blossom couldn’t be inspired by Wonder Woman directly, but in Townsville they have their own comic book version in Freedom Gal. She has her own Lasso of Regret and though she doesn’t have an invisible jet she has a Morality Mobile. Other than being blonde and having only a single appearance she is exactly the same as Wonder Woman.
