Archery-themed heroes and villains are a common theme in comic worlds, and they all owe some credit to the Arrow. First appearing in 1938, the Arrow is the earliest super archer to be found. He was also a skilled detective who was willing to send criminals to their final judgement if the justice system seem too slow.
