Black Bolt is king of the Inhumans and a man of few words, mostly because a few words are all that it takes to ruin it for everybody.
His particular Inhuman mutation causes his voice to generate pure destructive energy so that a whisper pulverizes stone and a shout destroys cities. It’s no wonder that he’s a tad authoritarian.
